Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a physician recruitment specialist to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs, and onboard new physicians based on client needs. This production-based role requires meeting monthly targets and active involvement in vendor relationships.

The candidate will perform in-person recruitment, manage physician relations, and collaborate with network leadership to set fees and ensure compliance across states. Travel for regional visits is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance preferred.
• Knowledge of physician networks and medical terminology.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; deadline-driven.
• Knowledge of state and federal compliance guidelines.
• Computer literacy and typing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel and update physician profiles.
• Negotiate costs and terms with physicians per guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians according to client needs.
• Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship management with panel physicians.
• Schedule and support operations; maximize scheduling capacity.
• Source and fulfill open service requests for referrals.
• Procure exam locations and add to the database of available resources.
