Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs within guidelines, and onboard physicians to meet client needs. This is a goal- and production-based role with monthly targets.

You will recruit regionally, manage relationships with panel doctors, handle open service requests, and coordinate licensing/certifications as needed, including in-person visits and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of physician networks and medical terminology.
• Understanding of state and federal compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel and negotiate costs within guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians and obtain paperwork (agreement, application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Update physician profiles, fees, doctor groups, and status (active/inactive).
• Recruit and meet monthly recruitment targets; regional focus for IME support.
