Job summary

Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Business experience in healthcare/insurance setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of state and federal compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the physician panel to meet client needs.
• Negotiate costs and contract terms within pre-established guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians and collect required paperwork (agreement, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Develop and sustain relationships with panel doctors through in-person presence and outreach.
