Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter/Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). You will partner with clinical leadership, chairs, and HR to forecast workforce needs, craft campaigns, and ensure a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and clinical leadership for workforce planning.
• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and outcomes across service lines.
• Design data-driven sourcing and marketing strategies informed by labor market analysis.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, physician leaders, and APPs, including offer strategy and negotiations.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and present insights to senior leadership.
• Build long-term talent pipelines through partnerships with residency/fellowship programs and medical societies.
• Represent the organization at conferences and events to strengthen employer brand.
• Mentor recruiters and hiring leaders on best practices and market trends.
