Job summary

Bryan Health is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to lead the talent management function for our provider network. You will develop proactive recruitment and compensation programs, lead a team of recruiters and analysts, and partner with clinical and administrative leaders to align recruitment with organizational growth.

The role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, drives process improvements, and builds external relationships with institutions and agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment or physician compensation experience.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management and provider recruitment efforts.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and compensation programs.
• Oversee full provider recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, contracting, and onboarding.
• Leverage Bryan Health brand in recruitment campaigns and strategies.
• Create and maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Prepare and analyze statistical reports to evaluate talent acquisition];
