Boston Medical Center is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit for exempt and non-exempt positions in the Boston area. You will build partnerships with management, develop strategies, and act as a consulting partner on healthcare recruiting trends, leveraging an applicant tracking system throughout the process.

The role is a combination onsite/remote, with a full-time schedule and opportunities to impact talent strategy across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
1–2 years HR experience; 5+ years high-volume recruiting for exempt/non-exempt positions.
Healthcare recruiting experience preferred; staffing agency/RPO experience preferred; ATS experience required.

Responsibilities

Provides employment and recruitment services for exempt and non-exempt positions to attract and retain qualified employees.
Develops and implements recruiting strategies from tactical and strategic perspectives.
Acts as lead consultant to the business about healthcare recruiting trends and business intelligence.
Uses the applicant tracking system to perform recruitment functions.
