Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements recruiting strategies from tactical to strategic levels.
• Uses applicant tracking system to perform recruitment functions and measure outcomes.
• Partners with management to recruit and retain qualified talent and act as a consulting resource on healthcare recruiting trends.
