Boston Medical Center is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter/Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment of physicians and APPs, partnering with clinical leadership, department chairs, and HR to forecast workforce needs and design effective hiring campaigns.
Under the Senior Director Talent Acquisition, you will own recruitment strategy, negotiate offers, build strategic pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Senior Director Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Physician Recruiter/Talent Partner is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain highly qualified physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role partners closely with clinical leadership, department chairs, and HR teams to identify workforce needs, create effective recruitment campaigns, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment; or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven track record of sourcing and placing physicians and/or advanced practice providers.

Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP)
Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Knowledge of physician compensation models, contracts, and credentialing processes preferred.
$97,500.00- $141,500.00 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
