BMCHS in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to develop and execute strategies to attract physicians and APPs, partnering with clinical leadership to meet staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
The role leads workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, and data-driven campaigns, building pipelines through residency programs and partnerships, and representing the organization at industry events.
Under general supervision of the Senior Director Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Physician Recruiter/Talent Partner is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain highly qualified physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role partners closely with clinical leadership, department chairs, and HR teams to identify workforce needs, create effective recruitment campaigns, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

$97,500.00- $141,500.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
