Qualifications

• Experience in physician recruitment, healthcare or insurance settings is required or transferable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with physician networks and medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel and negotiate costs per guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians and manage paperwork (CV, W9, contracts).
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support services.
• Foster partnerships with panel doctors and conduct in-person engagement when needed.
• Coordinate open service requests and source exam locations.
