Job summary

Dane Street, LLC seeks a Physician Recruiter to maintain and expand its physician panel by negotiating fees within established guidelines, onboarding new physicians based on client demand, and ensuring that all open service requests are resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate will leverage relationships and industry knowledge to grow the network and support business operations. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel as needed to support client demand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in healthcare or insurance environment.
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of federal/state healthcare compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Dane Street’s physician panel by negotiating fees within guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on client demand and resolve open service requests promptly.
• Lead contract renegotiations for existing physicians and address niche specialty needs.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure network alignment with business needs.
