Job summary

Trinity Health Georgia seeks a senior provider recruiter to develop and sustain a diverse candidate pipeline across physician and mid‑level roles. You will lead interviews, source candidates from multiple channels, and collaborate with System Office and local teams to align with growth plans and schedules.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare recruitment, strong knowledge of immigration and contracts, and expertise with ATS/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of immigration, visas, and contracts.
• Experience with full life-cycle provider recruitment.
• Experience in medical staffing/credentialing, Graduate Medical Education (GME), or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads interviews and selection processes for providers.
• Sources and engages provider candidates from diverse talent pools.
• Develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies to meet organizational growth.
• Partners with System Office and local leadership to assess needs and support hiring decisions.
• Maintains detailed candidate communications and documentation across systems.
