Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices and full life-cycle recruitment.
• CPRP/CHCR certifications encouraged but not required.
• 3–5 years of progressively more responsible healthcare recruiting experience, preferably physician/provider recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract physician and mid-level providers.
• Partner with GME, Provider Recruitment leadership, and regional teams to maintain a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Deliver qualified candidates to Trinity Health Ministries and ensure timely filling of provider opportunities.
