This on-site, full-time role focuses on building provider pipelines, delivering a strong candidate experience, and partnering with hospital leaders on growth initiatives. You will lead recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers, develop innovative strategies, and expand pipelines

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting physicians/providers is required.
• Proven ability to build relationships and candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Build relationships with candidates, providers, leaders, community partners, and professional organizations.
