Trinity Health Georgia is seeking a recruitment professional to lead creative sourcing for physician and mid-level providers. You will collaborate with regional teams to build a diverse candidate pipeline and ensure timely filling of opportunities across the Trinity Health system.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare recruiting, familiarity with ATS/CRM tools, and strong communication skills to interact with providers and leadership across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare recruitment experience, preferably physician/provider recruitment.
• Experience with full life-cycle provider recruitment and high-volume sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute creative recruitment and sourcing strategies for physician and mid-level provider roles.
• Partner with physician/provider recruitment teams and GME/Regional Health Ministries to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Source, screen, select and deliver qualified candidates to Trinity Health Ministries in a timely manner.
• Navigate multiple systems and use ATS/CRM to track sourcing efforts and candidate status.
