Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years full-cycle recruitment experience, including three years in physician or advanced practice provider recruitment.
• Proven success recruiting for specialized or difficult healthcare positions.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians, NPs, PAs, and other clinical roles.
• Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and establish position requirements.
• Create sourcing plans via networks, associations, job boards, residencies, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Build pipelines of passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, site visits, and leadership meetings.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with a professional experience in recruitment.
• Prepare competitive offers with HR, compensation, legal, and leadership.
• Support contract discussions and onboarding transitions.
• Coordinate credentialing, licensing, immigration, relocation, and onboarding teams.
• Develop relationships with residency programs, medical schools, associations, recruitment firms, and community partners.
• Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and best practices.
• Maintain documentation in ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Monitor metrics: time to fill, candidate conversion, sourcing effectiveness, vacancy rates, expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment requirements.
• Represent One to One Health at career fairs and events.
• Mentor recruiters as assigned.
