Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to oversee physician and APP recruitment across West, Corporate and Priority Health. You will design strategic staffing initiatives and align practices to deliver exceptional candidate experiences across the system.

This role partners with executives and COE resources, coaches recruiters, drives workforce planning, and champions best practices in talent acquisition while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or a related field
• 7 years of relevant experience in HR or recruitment with high volume as well as experience and knowledge in recruitment processes, employment law, and industry trends
• 7 years of relevant skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through 7+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a customer focused department structure and recruitment processes
• Manage physician and APP recruitment across Corewell Health West, Corporate and Priority Health
• Onboarding and training of recruitment resources; coaching and development
• Build talent sourcing capabilities and attract candidates to complex positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with organizational leaders and stakeholders
• Partner with Workforce Planning to evolve Talent Acquisition strategically
• Stay current on HR best practices and compliance
