Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a full-time Physician Recruiter at our Westerville, OH office. You will own the complete recruitment life-cycle for physicians and APPs, from sourcing and screening through offers, onboarding, and integration into COPC's clinics.

The role requires building relationships with residency programs, GME and academic medical centers; delivering data-informed recruitment dashboards, market benchmarking, and competitive offers.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, healthcare administration, business administration, communications, education or related field.
• Required: Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle physician and/or APP recruitment experience in a multi-site setting.
• Preferred: Familiarity with residency/fellowship pipelines and MGMA/AMGA benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for physician and APP roles, from sourcing to onboarding handoff.
• Build and manage a year-round, specialty-specific candidate pipeline with residency program connections.
• Represent COPC at residency recruitment events and national conferences.
• Coordinate candidate site visits, travel, and structured meetings with leadership.
• Track recruitment metrics and deliver dashboards for senior leadership.
