Job summary

Corewell Health West seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to oversee physician and APP recruitment across Corewell Health West, Corporate and Priority Health. You will design recruitment processes, set standards, and partner with executives to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You will coach and develop a high-volume recruitment team, onboard staff, align workforce planning, and drive innovative sourcing strategies across the system to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience in HR or recruitment with high volume as well as experience and knowledge in recruitment processes, employment law, and industry trends
• 7 years of relevant skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through 7+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a customer focused department structure and recruitment processes to deliver exceptional experiences to all customer groups and stakeholders.
• Lead physician and APP talent selection across Corewell Health West, Corporate and Priority Health.
• Coach, mentor, grows and develops the recruitment team through their career experience.
• Plans and manages all recruiting capabilities across the system and facilitates flexible resource management to deliver seamless experiences.
• Partner to build talent sourcing capabilities and drive innovative ideas for attracting candidates to complex positions.
