Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care seeks a full-time Physician Recruiter to own the complete life-cycle of provider talent acquisition—from sourcing and screening through credentialing coordination and onboarding at COPC's Westerville facilities.

The role builds and sustains proactive pipelines with residency programs, GME offices, and academic medical centers; partners with leadership to meet workforce goals and benchmarks, and delivers data-driven insights for strategic growth within COPC’s clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, healthcare admin, business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years full-cycle physician/APP recruitment experience.
• Direct experience engaging residency or fellowship programs.
• Preferred: FASPR, CPRP, or PHR/SPHR certifications.
• Familiarity with MGMA/AMGA/Sullivan Cotter benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for physician and APP positions.
• Build year-round, specialty-specific candidate pipelines with residency program contacts.
• Represent COPC at residency fairs, conferences and medical school events.
• Coordinate candidate site visits, travel, tours, and onboarding handoffs.
• Provide data-driven recruitment dashboards and metrics to senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and compliance with employment laws.
