Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Emerson Health and President of EPA, this role partners with executive leadership and medical staff to design and execute strategic recruitment initiatives that support organizational growth and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in physician recruitment or healthcare HR.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive physician recruitment and retention strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to define annual hiring goals and workforce plans.
• Design and manage the recruitment budget in line with priorities.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding physicians.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates for a high-quality experience.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations for not-for-profit hospitals.
