Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking an Executive Recruitment Director to lead the organization’s executive search function, aligning strategy with organizational goals and leadership expectations. You will collaborate with the ELT, CHRO, and HR partners to ensure a confidential, high-quality search process that identifies top-tier talent.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in executive searches, and a track record advising senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years leading executive‑level or retained search work.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing VP/SVP/C‑suite searches in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide executive recruitment function with end‑to‑end lifecycle ownership including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with CHRO, CEO and ELT to define leadership profiles, core competencies and evaluation standards.
• Conduct proactive talent mapping and market scans; manage relationships with external retained search firms for cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery.
• Coach senior hiring leaders on structured interviewing and data‑driven decision making; ensure confidential candidate experience.
• Maintain transparent governance and regular talent metrics to inform executive workforce planning.
