Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Manager of Physician and APP Recruitment to lead full lifecycle recruitment for employed physicians and APPs across the medical group. The role partners with clinical and executive leadership to align with growth plans and workforce strategies.

The position requires 3–5 years in healthcare recruitment with 2–3 years in physician/APP recruitment, plus strong analytics and stakeholder engagement. This is a hybrid role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field) preferred.
• 3–5 years healthcare recruitment experience, with 2–3 years in physician/APP recruitment.
• Experience within a medical group or health system preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment strategy for employed physicians and APPs.
• Spearhead regional and national sourcing initiatives and direct sourcing.
• Oversee onboarding coordination with HR and credentialing teams.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on recruitment metrics and time-to-fill.
