Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Manager of Physician & APP Recruitment and Onboarding to lead strategic recruitment and onboarding across a growing multi-site system in Massachusetts. The role partners with leadership to translate workforce needs into actionable plans, overseeing sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding for physicians and APPs.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, program development, and managing a high-performing team, with a focus on process improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven years of healthcare recruitment experience in a large multi-site organization.
• Physician recruitment experience in a high-volume setting.
• AAPPR certification and/or membership desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic recruitment and onboarding planning across sites.
• Oversee full-cycle physician and APP recruitment.
• Ensure compliant, cost-effective hiring and onboarding.
• Coach and develop recruitment staff.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders across entities.
