McKinsey & Company is seeking a leader in philanthropy within the SHaPE Practice to drive growth and societal impact. You will work across foundations, NGOs, and high-net-worth individuals to shape opportunities for at-scale impact, leading end-to-end client activation and strategy development with practice leadership across North America and beyond.

You will cultivate relationships, gather market intelligence, and pioneer go-to-market approaches, including AI governance offerings.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategy and management consulting for social sector organizations.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and strategic materials.
• Adept at navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders while managing multiple parallel initiatives.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships to drive measurable impact.
