McKinsey & Company Detroit seeks a senior strategist to lead philanthropic engagements, driving growth and measurable societal impact across SHaPE’s Philanthropy practice.

You will own end-to-end client activation, build relationships with foundations and NGOs, and shape go-to-market strategies that open doors and deliver tangible outcomes. You will collaborate with regional leadership to expand impact, manage a robust pipeline, and craft compelling proposals for priority clients.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional experience focused on Strategy and management consulting to social sector organizations or equivalent.
• Extensive experience developing executive-level communications and strategy materials.
• Adept at navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proactive, self-propelled professional with a track record of building trusted relationships.

• Lead end-to-end client activation activities and pipeline hygiene.
