McKinsey & Company in the United States seeks a strategy-driven philanthropy leader to accelerate impact for foundations, NGOs, and social sector clients. You will shape opportunities, build executive-level materials, and drive end-to-end client activation across the SHaPE Philanthropy Practice.

You will lead outreach, develop partnerships, and orchestrate large-scale convenings, while collaborating with North America and global leadership to expand the firm's societal footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and management consulting for social sector clients.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and strategy materials.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong teamwork and ability to drive autonomous initiatives.
• Excellent process and project management with clear next steps.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across complex organizations to drive impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client activation activities and build rigorous pipeline hygiene.
• Orchestrate executive-level client convenings and develop forward-looking strategies.
• Develop and sustain robust pipelines of client service opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to expand impact with foundations, NGOs, and social sector clients.
• Gather market intelligence to inform go-to-market approaches and opportunities.
