McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior professional to drive philanthropy initiatives within the SHaPE Practice. The role focuses on driving growth, building trusted relationships with foundations and NGOs, and leading end-to-end client activation activities across the client development lifecycle.

You will work with North America and regional leadership to expand the firm's impact, develop opportunities, and deliver best-in-class development and proposal experiences for priority clients,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategy/management consulting or similar social sector roles.
• Ability to develop executive-level communications and strategic materials.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
