McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior leader to drive philanthropy strategy and client development within the SHaPE Practice in the United States. You will lead cross-functional efforts to secure high-impact opportunities with foundations, NGOs, and social-sector partners, shaping innovative go-to-market approaches and AI governance offerings.

You will collaborate with global leaders to expand impact, cultivate senior relationships, and ensure rigorous pipeline management across initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience focused on strategy and/or management consulting to social sector organizations (foundations, NGOs, etc).
• Experience developing executive-level communications and strategy materials.
• Adept at navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proactive, self-propelled professional with a proven track record of building trusted relationships across complex organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client activation activities and build rigorous pipeline hygiene.
• Shape opportunities for foundations, NGOs, and social sector clients and drive high-impact partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class development and proposal experiences for priority clients.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to expand the firm’s impact in philanthropy across SHaPE Practice.
• Coordinate with CSTs and practice leaders to translate strategy into executable client development plans.
