McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior strategist in philanthropy within the SHaPE Practice. You will lead client activation, cultivate partnerships with foundations, and shape opportunities for high-impact societal outcomes across McKinsey's philanthropy subsector.

You will partner with global leadership to extend the firm's impact, manage a robust pipeline, and deliver best-in-class development and proposal experiences for priority clients.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional strategy or management consulting experience focused on social sector organizations.
• Extensive experience developing executive-level communications and strategy materials.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple initiatives.
• Proactive, collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships across complex organizations.
• Flawless process and project management with strong follow-through.
