Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• BA/BS preferred for advancement.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing role with account management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize pharmacy productivity accounts within a defined territory.
• Monitor adoption and ROI, advising customers on product usage.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Training to optimize customer communications.
• Develop deep product knowledge across Wolters Kluwer pharmacy productivity offerings.
• Document best practices and disseminate them to customers.
