Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing role with account management.
• Experience working with senior-level executives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify pharmacy productivity accounts and prioritize territory.
• Monitor adoption and help improve ROI for customers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to drive renewals and expansions.
• Manage CRM data and maintain up-to-date account information.
• Support implementation teams during transitions and new deployments.
