Job summary

Lockton is seeking an Account Executive in the Pharmacy practice to proactively drive discussions around plan performance; monitor trends and make recommendations to improve employee programs/designs under leadership guidance.

This role focuses on building internal and external relationships, coordinating with PBMs, analyzing data, and preparing client reports. Travel may be required to meet with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is required.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in PBMs or like.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of welfare benefits in multiple product lines (medical, dental, life, AD&D, disability).
• Excellent computer skills; must manipulate large spreadsheets and data sources.
• Must have mathematical/technical expertise in managing monthly claim tracking results.

• Assist in servicing a designated or partial book of business.
• Manage and organize client tasks and open items.
• Develop and distribute RFPs and coordinate vendor responses with client reports.
