Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is required.
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience in PBMs or related field.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build client relationships across multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with welfare benefits across medical, dental, life, AD&D, disability.
• Excellent computer skills; able to manipulate large datasets and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a designated book of business.
• Manage day-to-day issues related to clients' pharmacy plans and assist team members.
• Develop and distribute RFPs; coordinate vendor responses and client reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with PBMs to collect pharmacy data and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Develop financial models and interpret analyses for clients and senior staff.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting to clients.
• Ensure projects are completed timely and on scope.
• Interpret pharmacy programs and identify design gaps and improvements.
• Review vendor agreements and plan documents for terms and provisions.
• Lead PBM implementation calls and meetings with clients.
• Attend client events to strengthen relationships.
