Job summary

Lockton is seeking an Account Executive in the Pharmacy practice to drive discussions on plan performance, monitor trends, and recommend design improvements under leadership guidance. The candidate will collaborate with PBMs to collect data, analyze results, and prepare client reports, while supporting vendor management and renewal activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• 5–7 years of PBM or related industry experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits across medical, dental, life, AD&D and disability.
• Proficient with large spreadsheets and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing a designated or partial book of business.
• Manage client task lists and open items.
• Develop and distribute RFPs and coordinate vendor responses with client reports.
