Responsibilities

• Oversees servicing of a designated book of business.
• Manage daily issues related to clients’ pharmacy plans and assist team members.
• Develop and distribute RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, analyze results, prepare client reports.
• Collaborate with PBMs to collect pharmacy data and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Develop financial models and provide interpretation and recommendations.
