Job summary

Lockton Companies LLC is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Pharmacy practice, managing mid-market and national accounts. The role focuses on client servicing, RFP development, PBM collaboration, and strategic advisory to improve plan design and vendor arrangements.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in PBMs or related fields, strong communication skills, and a solid background in welfare benefits across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field is required.
• 8 to 10 years’ experience in PBMs or similar.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to develop client relationships across multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits across medical, dental, life, AD&D, disability.
• Excellent computer skills with large spreadsheets and data manipulation.
• Ability to manage monthly claim tracking and reporting.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a designated book of business.
• Manage day-to-day issues related to clients’ pharmacy plans and assist team members in closing items.
• Develop and distribute RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, analyze RFP results, and prepare client reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with PBMs to collect pharmacy data and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Develop financial models and reports; interpret analyses and provide recommendations.
• Assist in strategic planning and consulting for internal and external clients.
• Ensure client projects are completed timely and review vendor agreements and plan documents.
• Lead PBM implementation calls and meetings; attend client events to strengthen relationships.
