Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand in primary care in the Waukegan, IL area. You will educate physicians and healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and meet activity targets across assigned territories.

Travel of up to 20% and occasional overnight travel are required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, B2B sales experience preferred, and comfort with technology and virtual engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to target Physicians.
• Establish and grow relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to HCP offices.
• Meet or exceed activity targets and complete daily admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and trainings; manage routing plans and call activities.
