Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand in primary care across assigned territories in the United States. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver product information and sales messaging, and meet activity targets while complying with company policies.

A bachelor’s degree and travel up to 20% are required. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a base pay range of $70,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology/virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs ( physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, MAs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company and complete daily administrative items.
• Comply with all Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and Inizio policies, including compliance and trainings.
• Collaborate with geographic partners and coordinate routing plans.
