Job summary

Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, seeks a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand and educate physicians in the Augusta, GA area. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and deliver product information to support patient care.

Bachelor’s degree required with strong problem-solving and communication skills. B2B sales experience preferred; ability to travel up to 20% and overnight if needed; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time and overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians and HCP offices.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by leadership.
• Complete administrative items daily and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities with geography partners.
