Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, seeks a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to cover primary care in the New Haven area. The role emphasizes clinical selling, educational outreach to physicians, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Candidates with proven sales aptitude can succeed without pharma experience. Travel up to 20% and a valid driver’s license are required; base pay ranges from $70,000 to $90,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily and maintain accurate records.
• Comply with policies, including compliance and ethics trainings.
• Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
• Demonstrate persistence toward defined sales objectives.
• Maintain a dependable automobile with appropriate insurance.
• Collaborate with geographic partners.
