Job summary

Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, seeks a results-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to support an expanding primary care portfolio. The ideal candidate will build relationships with HCPs, deliver targeted clinical education, and achieve territory sales targets.

This role requires travel up to 20%, a valid driver's license, and a Bachelor's degree. Prior pharma experience is not required; success will come from your ability to engage,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging, patient and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Meet or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily.
• Comply with all policies and trainings and coordinate routing plans and call activities.
• Collaborate with geographic partners.
