Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to expand our Boehringer Ingelheim portfolio in primary care. You will engage physicians and healthcare professionals with clinical information, build lasting relationships, and drive sales across assigned territories in the United States.

The role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to compliance standards, with travel up to 20% and base pay range of $70K-$90K.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Pharmaceutical field sales experience preferred.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
Establish, maintain and develop relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, PAs, etc.).
Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
Meet or exceed activity and sales targets; complete daily admin and compliance trainings.
Coordinate routing plans and time management for field activities.
