Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with a large Biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals within a defined territory in North Carolina. You will develop and execute an integrated business plan to meet sales goals while navigating the healthcare landscape and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance interactions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Team player who can also work independently, highly collaborative and motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.
• Strong digital acumen with interest in AI to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve interaction expectations with top customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.
• Understand the health care delivery system and key personnel within each account.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and market trends.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy in the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions.
