Job summary
Inizio Engage in Texas is seeking a Sales Representative to drive patient access and growth of assigned therapies by building strategic relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and health systems across the Arlington area. You will execute account plans, educate on value, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to move opportunities forward.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales, strong closing, and the ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of pharma/biotech or related healthcare commercial experience.
- Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
- Strong closing skills and stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strategic account planning and value-based selling experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive awareness of product approval and value proposition to decision-makers.
- Engage key accounts and influencers, advancing conversations toward commitments.
- Ensure product access education and patient assistance resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (MSLs, Case Managers) to optimize patient access.
- Leverage data and digital tools to analyze trends and shape engagement.
