Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage overall client relationships, advise on coverage and risk, and align programs with client growth goals. The role requires strong analytics, experience in personal lines, and carrier liaison capabilities.

You will renew, quote, and bind coverage, prepare proposals, and advocate for clients while adopting innovative technology to deliver best-in-class service. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty license required and must be maintained.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in personal lines.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact, advising on coverage changes.
• Develop insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Act as field underwriter and carrier liaison.
• Manage renewals and bid processes to improve retention.
• Prepare client proposals, loss evaluations and risk analyses.
• Explain billing and invoicing options.
• Review policies during renewals for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve complex client service issues.
• Adopt AI technology to enhance service delivery.
