Job summary

Relation Insurance, Inc. in Rosemont, IL seeks an Account Manager for Personal Lines to manage client relationships, advise on coverage, and coordinate renewals with carriers.

You must hold a Property and Casualty License and ideally a four-year degree; 5 years of account management in insurance is required. Spanish/English bilingualism is a plus; strong MS Office skills and travel to client sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License required and to be maintained with domicile state.
• Four-year degree preferred; HS diploma minimum.
• Minimum 5 years of account management in insurance, personal lines focus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus in some locations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients, advise on coverage changes and renewals.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and manage renewal remarketing.
• Prepare proposals, risk analyses, and binders with carriers.
• Oversee billing options and client communications.
