Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license, has 5+ years in personal lines, strong analytics, and proficient MS Office skills; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required and maintained.
• 4-year degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus in some locations; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients, advising on coverage and renewals.
• Prepare client proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses.
• Coordinate with carriers to bind coverage and communicate billing options.
• Review policies, audits, and renewal terms to retain clients.
• Adopt technology and improve client service processes as needed.
