Job summary

Partnership HealthPlan of California seeks a Manager of Performance Improvement to drive the QI/PI agenda. The role oversees the Partnership Improvement Academy, strategic improvement initiatives, and internal quality improvement training across the provider network.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), at least two years of management experience, and strong expertise in improvement methods and analytics. Travel within the service area may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in healthcare/public health preferred.
• Minimum two years of management in a medium to large organization.
• Experience managing multifaceted quality and performance improvement projects; coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Partnership Improvement Academy and associated programs, determine vision and goals.
• Manage portfolio of improvement projects, determine scope and timelines, allocate resources.
• Provide guidance on improvement methodology and monitoring across projects.
• Lead internal QI training and consultation across Partnership departments.
• Collaborate with analytics for measurement plans and data-driven decisions.
• Support QI department staff development and performance goals.
• Act as an improvement advisor to provider practices and internal teams.
