Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks a Performance Improvement / Patient Experience RN Manager to drive patient-centered care across its Inland Valley and Rancho Springs hospitals in California. You will translate patient feedback into actionable changes, lead PI initiatives, and educate care teams including physicians to improve touchpoints and outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in California, 3+ years in acute care with leadership experience, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification

Qualifications

• Current California RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient experience and performance improvement strategies with clinicians and staff.
• Translate survey data into actionable improvements and publish results.
• Educate care teams on best practices and drive complaint/grievance management.
